She achieves this by advocating for the development of a well-structured Quality Program that incorporates both analytics and performance coaching. This approach aims to unlock valuable insights within the contact center while simultaneously improving customer experiences and boosting agent engagement. In her spare time she can be found at the barn trying to convince her horse she is a fancy dressage pony.

Harrison Tratnik

Sr. Conversational AI Consultant, Calabrio

Harrison Tratnik is a Senior Conversational AI Consultant at Calabrio. His background is working with clients to find gaps in their current conversational AI solutions and assist them in enhancing their automation or user experience. Through Wysdom, he supported many Bot Analytics product builds, where the primary challenges were data ingestion, ETL configurations, and AI model tuning. After a product launch, Harrison worked closely with his clients to teach them how to maximize their use of the Bot Analytics suite. His work has led to multiple bot programs growing their automation and experience scores, ultimately resulting in millions of dollars of savings across his client portfolio. Outside of work, he spends most of his time playing ultimate frisbee, which trains for 4-5 nights a week and competes competitively across Canada and the USA.
