Nate Isham leads Calabrio’s Innovation Center Engineering and Development team. He brings over 19 years of contact center technology experience and 11 years of working directly with the Calabrio ONE product suite. As a former customer, Nate holds the honor of not only being the first customer to have the entire product suite installed, but also being the first cloud customer. Today, Nate helps drive the delivery of new value to the entire Calabrio customer community via the innovative new solutions, features, concepts and prototypes.
General Manager, Calabrio Canada & Innovation Center
Based in Vancouver, BC, Richard McElroy leads Calabrio Canada and the company’s Center of Excellence for Analytics, as well as Calabrio’s Innovation Center. He brings over 20 years of high tech and business intelligence software industry experience. Richard joined Calabrio in April 2017 via the acquisition of Symmetrics, where he was a founder and president. He continues to help drive the direction and evolution Calabrio’s BI solutions. As leader of the Calabrio’s global Innovation Center, he also helps drive Calabrio’s product strategy and development forward by delivering new value to the entire Calabrio customer community via innovative new solutions, features, concepts and prototypes.
